Kathmandu. Mountain Energy has announced a 21.05 percent dividend to its shareholders.
The company has proposed 20 percent bonus shares and 1.0526 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year.
The company has called its annual general meeting for December 29. The book will be closed for one day on November 1 for the purpose of the meeting. Shareholders who have remained in power till December 1 can get the dividend fixed by the company.
