Kathmandu. Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has declared a dividend.
The meeting of the Board of Directors held on September 28 decided to distribute the dividend.
The company has announced a dividend of 9.5 percent to the shareholders from the profit of the last financial year. This includes 6 percent bonus shares and 3.5 percent cash dividend including tax.
The announcement will be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company.
