Kathmandu. There has been a slight improvement in the stock market. Although there was a slight improvement in the market, there was no improvement in the transaction amount.

The index, which measures the market, increased by 3.21 points to close at 2,565.16 points. A total of 79,47,058 units of shares of 327 companies were traded at Rs 3,62,61,75,110.

The sub-indices of commercial banks, hydropower companies, life insurance companies, production and processing, non-life insurance and trading groups increased in the trading period. The sub-index of the rest of the group has decreased.

Share prices of 142 companies increased while 102 companies declined.
