Kathmandu. The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted permission to Solu Hydropower Company to issue an initial public offering (IPO). The board has given permission to the company to issue the IPO on November 24.
The company has been granted permission to issue 20 million units of shares at a price of Rs 100 per share.
Solu Hydropower Limited has received approval for the IPO issuance. The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted permission to the company to issue IPO on November 10.
