Kathmandu. The stock market rose in the pre-op session on Wednesday, the fourth trading day of the week. On Wednesday, the NEPSE index increased by 5.71 points to close at 2661.70 points. The sensitive index rose 0.92 points in the session.
A total of 4,768 units of shares worth Rs 1,632,939.80 were traded in 130 trades of 66 companies in the pre-open session on Wednesday. The price of 34 companies has increased while the price of 26 companies has decreased. The prices of the remaining 6 companies remained stable in the session.
