Kathmandu. World renowned electronics brand TCL has appointed Olympic gold medalist ski player Eileen Goo as its new global brand ambassador.

Eileen has been tasked with promoting TCL’s latest technology, products targeted at the younger generation and brand value globally. The company said in a statement that goo’s achievements, leadership ability and popularity worldwide are in line with the brand’s vision.

Aileen Eileen won two gold and one silver medal at the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. Along with sports, she is also known as a world-class influential personality in the field of fashion and lifestyle. TCL has been collaborating with world renowned personalities in various sports and entertainment sectors in the past. The company believes that with Goo, it will be closer to the younger generation.

“I am very excited to be playing the role of team TCL’s global brand ambassador,” Eileen said. She said TCL shares enthusiasm, courage and vision to transform the world through the latest technology and pledged to be with the brand on an exciting journey towards the upcoming Winter Olympics Milan-Courtina 2026.

Aileen’s appointment is in line with TCL’s women empowerment-focused ‘TCL for Her’ campaign. Through this campaign, the company has so far supported more than 2,000 young women by investing in technology, education and social initiatives.
