Kathmandu. The Ministry of Finance has changed its representative to the Board of Directors of the Securities Board of Nepal. The ministry has recalled Mahesh Baral and appointed senior joint secretary Uttar Khatri as the director in place of Baral.
The Securities Board of India (SEBON) is the regulator of the capital market. As per the law, a representative of the Ministry of Finance will be a member of the Board of Directors. As per the provision, Khatri has been appointed as a director of the board.
