Kathmandu. FonePay Payment Services Limited (FPMS) has concluded its sixth annual general meeting.

The AGM has decided to endorse the annual financial statement, auditor’s report and various proposals for the fiscal year 2081/82.

The meeting also approved a proposal to distribute 19 percent cash dividend to the shareholders of FonePay and re-appoint Sashin Joshi as an independent director.

Likewise, NBSM Associates Chartered Accountant has been reappointed as the accountant for the fiscal year 2082/83.

The meeting also decided to amend FonePay’s Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association as per the special proposal and issue shares to the general public.
