Kathmandu. Himalayan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has declared a dividend on its share.
The company has proposed to provide 7 percent bonus to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. It has proposed a cash dividend of 6.65 per cent and 0.35 per cent for tax purposes.
The proposal is approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and approved by the next general meeting of the company.
