SEBON grants permission to Kalinchowk Hydropower to issue IPO

Kathmandu. Kalinchowk Hydropower Limited is going to issue initial public offering (IPO) to the general public. The company has received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) for the IPO issuance.

The board has given final approval to the company on February 2, 2002 to publish the required details for the IPO issuance. As per the approval of the board, the company has been allowed to issue a total of 13,75,000 units of shares at a face value of Rs 100 per unit.

Through this, the company aims to raise a total capital of Rs 13.75 crore. With the approval of the board for the prospectus, the company has now set the date for the issue and the way has been opened to call for public notice.

RBB Merchant Banking Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
