Kathmandu. The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted permission to Taksar Pikhuwa Khola Hydropower Limited to issue an initial public offering (IPO). The board has approved the issuance of 42,30,668 units of shares at a face value of Rs 100.
The company is issuing 35.26 percent shares of its issued capital to the general public. Prabhu Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
