Kathmandu. Prabhu Insurance Company has declared a dividend to be distributed to its shareholders from the profit of the last financial year. The company has declared 8.7% bonus share and 0.4679% cash dividend on the current paid-up capital.

The meeting of the Board of Directors of the insurance company held on March 30 has decided to distribute the dividend at the rate of distribution. The dividend will be distributed at the rate approved by the Nepal Insurance Authority and approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
