Kathmandu. Today is the last day to apply for Garima Capital’s open-ended scheme, Garima Subarna Yojana.

The company has started issuing units from March 28. In the first phase, the company has issued 50 million units worth Rs 500 million.

Out of the total number of units, 90 lakh units have been allotted to Garima Bikas Bank and 60 lakh units to Garima Capital. The company has issued 3.5 crore units of Rs 35 crore to the general public.

Applications can be placed for a minimum of 100 to a maximum of 50 lakh units.

Garima Capital Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance. Investors can apply for the units from Securities Board of India (SEBON) through banks and financial institutions (BFIs) that are members of the Securities Board of India (SEBON) and Mero shares.
