Kathmandu. The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted permission to Laxmi Sunrise Bank Mutual Fund (NMBL) for the public issuance. The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved the ‘LS Horizon 12’ closed-ended plan on April 15, 2083.

Under the scheme, 12 crore units will be issued at a price of Rs 10 per unit. As it is a closed-end plan, it will be in operation for a certain period. In addition, the company has already successfully executed successful high-yielding schemes.

With this decision of the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), the scope of mutual funds in the capital market of Nepal will be widened, which will provide an opportunity to small and large investors to invest in a systematic way.
