Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The board of directors of Himalayan Reinsurance Company has been reconstituted.

The meeting of the Board of Directors held on April 17 approved the resignation tendered earlier and reconstituted the new directors. The company has appointed 2 directors for the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

The company has accepted the resignations of Amit Mor, Rajiv Mor, Subekshya Kharel and Subhash Kumar Jhunjhunwala. Similarly, Deepak Kumar Mishra of Kalika Fincorp and Ashish Chandra Neupane have been appointed as independent directors.
