Indrive hands over EV cabs and e-scooters to Platinum Driver Giveaway winners

Kathmandu. Indrive has handed over the Grand Prize to the best performing Driver Partners under the ‘Platinum Driver Giveaway’ campaign.

The winners were handed EV cabs and e-scooters amidst a function held in Kathmandu.

The four-week campaign, which ran from March 2 to 29, 2026, was aimed at honouring drivers who maintain Platinum status based on service quality and performance.

In the cab driver’s category, Peshal Budhathoki won the Tata Express-T EV. Similarly, in the bike/moto driver’s category, Samden Tamang and Saroj Khatiwada won the Velux.

The winners were selected on the basis that they met the set criteria while maintaining consistently high service levels throughout the campaign. Along with the grand prize, 16 drivers were awarded Samsung Galaxy A15 mobiles and four were given a staycation package.

Winner Budhathoki expressed happiness over the recognition of his hard work and said that the award has inspired him to serve better. Similarly, Saroj Khatiwada said that the campaign has motivated him to continuously improve.

Sunita Jimi Rai, Senior Driver Operation Specialist of Indrive Nepal, said, “Driver partners are the mainstay of the company and such programs are launched to recognize their contribution.

The company has pledged to continue such programs in the coming days for the benefit of driver partners. In addition, in view of the rising operating expenses, a fuel assistance program worth Rs 2.7 million has also been launched with effect from April 15, 2026.
