Kathmandu. The stock market fell on Wednesday. On Wednesday, the NEPSE index decreased by 25.81 points to close at 2,744.45 points. Likewise, the Sensitive Float Index decreased by 3.06 points, while the Float Index decreased by 1.74 points and the Sensitive Float Index decreased by 1.09 points.
Along with the stock market, the trading volume has also decreased. Shares worth Rs 4.95 billion were traded in the market on Wednesday. Shares worth Rs 6.53 billion were traded in the market on Tuesday.
Among the companies trading today, the share price of Corporate Development Bank has increased the most. The bank’s share price rose by 13.81 percent.
On the basis of turnover, Reliance Spinning Mills has bought and sold shares worth the highest amount of Rs on this day. Shares worth Rs 24.19 crore were traded in the company. Similarly, shares of Palpa Cements worth Rs 20.22 crore were traded.
Out of 13 sub-groups, the indices of three sub-groups have increased while the indices of 10 sub-groups have decreased.
