Kathmandu. The government has decided to recommend to the President to re-issue the ordinance related to the Constitutional Council. The meeting of the Council of Ministers held at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers at Singha Durbar today decided to recommend the President again to issue the ordinance on the Constitutional Council (first amendment) 2083 which was withdrawn from the President for reconsideration, government spokesperson and Minister for Education, Science and Technology Sasmit Pokharel said.
The government has also decided to accept the concessional loan worth 52 million US dollars and the grant worth five million US dollars to be provided by the World Bank for the purpose of providing loans to industries to replace conventional boilers with electronic boilers and to enhance air quality measurement capacity.
Similarly, the meeting also agreed to purchase 60,000 MT from India. Tonnes of urea and 20,000 MT. It has been decided to give in-principle approval to the Agriculture Inputs Company Limited to purchase tonnes of dispiry fertilizer.
The meeting also decided to approve the revised master plan of the Singha Durbar Complex which incorporates issues including entry into the Parliament House premises, according to Education Minister Pokharel.
