iCar V27 launched in Nepal

Kathmandu. iCar V27 has been launched in the Nepali market.

SPG Automobiles, the authorized distributor of iCars in Nepal, has launched the NIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026 at Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu.

Based on EREV technology, the SUV uses an electric motor to drive and provide additional power through the petrol engine for long journeys.

The V27 is powered by a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine and a 34.3kWh CATL-LFP battery. According to the company, it offers a pure electric range of up to 210 km.

The iCar V27 is available in all-wheel drive (AWD) and rear-wheel drive systems.

The AWD version produces a maximum power of 336 kW and 505 Nm of torque. The speed of 0 to 100 kilometers per hour is 5.5 seconds.

The RWD version produces 185 kW of power and 300 Nm of torque.

The iCar V-27 is also a large SUV in size. It is 5,055 mm long, 1,976 mm wide and 1,894 mm high. It has a wheelbase of 2,910 millimeters.

The dashboard has a 15.4-inch 2.5K infotainment display.

The vehicle features Snapdragon 8,295p chipset, 23-speaker audio system, leather interior, wide rear legroom and panoramic sunroof.

It also comes with 7 airbags, ABS and EBD.
