Kathmandu. A joint meeting of the Federal Parliament has begun.
President Ram Chandra Poudel is scheduled to address the meeting. President Ram Chandra Poudel is scheduled to present the policies and programmes of the coming fiscal year in the meeting.
As per the provision, the President shall address the joint sitting of both the Houses after the commencement of the first session of the House of Representatives and the first session of each year.
