Kathmandu. Chairman of the Labour and Culture Party, Harka Sampang, has questioned the government while addressing the parliament. Speaking in the House on Tuesday, he asked if the government was trying to weaken the economy by taking steps to terrorize the industrialists and businessmen. He asked.
“The behaviour of the government has discouraged the investors, industrialists and entrepreneurs of the country. “There is a panic among the businessmen, how can the economy function in such a situation?” he asked.
Stating that he had pledged to provide employment to youths in the country during the elections, he said no concrete plans and achievements have been made so far. According to him, youths are still compelled to go for foreign employment due to lack of effective programmes for employment generation.
He urged the government to create an environment of trust towards the private sector, maintain policy stability and create investment-friendly environment.
