Kathmandu. President of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) Anjan Shrestha has been elected as the senior vice-president and treasurer of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI).

Sur Krishna Vaidya has been elected the senior vice-president and Manish Lal Pradhan the treasurer.

Earlier, Baidya was the vice-president of the district municipality while Pradhan had lost the post of commodity vice-president last time. Shrestha had nominated Pradhan to the post on Friday.

The Anjan faction was divided in the election of senior vice-president and treasurer. Associate Vice President Prabal Jung Pandey had proposed Ram Chandra Sanghai as senior vice-president and Ambika Poudel as treasurer.
