Nikki joins hands with House of Rajkarnikar to host International Trade Show in Varanasi

Kathmandu. The House of Rajkarnikar and the Nepal-India Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NIKKI) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to further strengthen Nepal-India trade relations.

The MoU was signed at a program held at the Nikkei Secretariat on Tuesday. According to the agreement, Nikkei will be officially partnered as the industry partner for the Food & Beverage and Hospitality B-to-B trade show scheduled to be held in the historical and religious city of Varanasi, India.

The agreement was signed by General Secretary of the Association Rajan Sharma and Managing Director of the House of Rajkarnikar, Minu Rajkarnikar.

The collaboration is expected to create new opportunities for food, beverage, tourism and hospitality businesses in Nepal and India. The fair is expected to provide an important platform to the entrepreneurs, investors and business organizations of both the countries to directly establish business contact.

This collaboration between Nikki and House of Rajkarnikar is a positive step to take Nepal-India economic and trade relations to a new height. The exhibition is expected to further strengthen cross-border trade, investment promotion and collaboration between the private sector.

The Nepal International Trade Expo to be held in Varanasi is expected to bring together the food and hospitality industries of South Asia and give a new momentum to regional economic cooperation.
