Kathmandu. Kathmandu: The House of Representatives (HoR) is scheduled to hold discussion on the heading of Ministerial Appropriation under the Appropriation Bill-2083 on June 15 and 20.
According to the Federal Parliament Secretariat, ministers concerned will respond to the questions raised during the ministry-level deliberations on June 17 and 4.
The meeting will discuss the appropriation headings of Youth, Labour and Employment, Industry, Commerce and Supplies, Agriculture, Forest and Environment, Information and Communication, Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Education and Sports, Health and Food Sanitation, Land Management, Cooperatives, Federal Affairs and General Administration and Women, Children, Gender and Sexual Minority and Social Security.
According to the Secretariat, discussions will be held on the topics of science, technology and innovation, law, justice and parliamentary affairs, infrastructure development, home, energy, water resources and irrigation, foreign affairs, finance and defense, Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, National Planning Commission Secretariat, Office of the Vice President and Office of the President.
Minister for Youth, Labour and Employment, Industry, Commerce and Supplies, Agriculture, Forest and Environment, Information and Communications, Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Education and Sports, Health and Food Sanitation, Land Management, Cooperatives, Federal Affairs and General Administration and Women, Children, Gender and Sexual Minority and Social Security will answer questions raised during the ministry-wise deliberations on June 18.
Similarly, ministers concerned will answer questions raised during the deliberations on science, technology and innovation, law, justice and parliamentary affairs, infrastructure development, home, energy, water resources and irrigation, foreign affairs, finance and defense, Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, National Planning Commission secretariat and Office of the President on June 18.
The government had presented the annual estimates of revenue and expenditure for the fiscal year 2083/84 on May 29. Finance Minister Dr Swarnim Wagle responded after a general discussion on the budget was held in the House of Representatives before this.
