Kathmandu. The Bagmati Province government has allocated a budget of Rs 66.93 billion for the coming fiscal year.
Minister for Economic Affairs and Planning Prabhat Tamang presented the budget in the Province Assembly today. The province has allocated Rs 22.96 billion or 34.31 per cent of the budget allocated for the coming fiscal year.
Similarly, Rs 43.97 billion or 65.69 per cent has been allocated for capital expenditure.
Likewise, Rs 30.15 billion will be collected from tax revenue, Rs 7.73 billion from other revenue, Rs 15.31 billion from financial transfer from the federal government and Rs 12.76 billion from savings and miscellaneous receivables.
