Kathmandu. The stock market has fallen by double digits. The index, which measures the market, decreased by 12.26 points to sit at 2,711.76 points.

The market recorded a double-digit decline at Rs 4.41 billion to Rs 4.41 billion. A total of 1,07,39,998 units of shares of 350 companies were traded.

The sub-indices of the production and processing group increased while the sub-indices of the rest of the sub-indices decreased. The prices of 73 companies increased while the prices of 188 companies declined.

In the trading session, the share price of Sopan Pharmaceuticals and Apollo Hydropower Company hit the positive circuit.
