Bow. The Madhes Province government is set to present its annual budget for the fiscal year 2083/84 today.

Finance Minister Yubaraj Bhattarai is scheduled to present an estimate of the revenue and expenditure of the Madhes Province government for the coming fiscal year. The provincial government had presented a budget of Rs 46.98 billion for the current fiscal year.

The Madhes Province government has released the Economic Survey for the fiscal year 2082/83. According to the survey, electricity has reached all households in the province.

According to the survey, electricity has reached to all households in 1,271 wards of 136 local levels in Madhes province through the national grid.

It is stated that access of banks and financial services has expanded to all local levels in the State. Currently, its services are available from 1,754 banks and financial institutions.
