. KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has sought suggestions from stakeholders to amend the Employees Service Bylaws applicable to the banks and financial institutions.

KATHMANDU: The Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) is preparing to amend various provisions of the banks and financial institutions (BFIs) bylaws to accommodate the changing banking environment, labour laws and new practices of human resource management.TAG_OPEN_div_16 The NRB has sought suggestions from the concerned body regarding this revision.

According to the NRB, the NRB is preparing to make the provisions related to the appointment, promotion, service and facilities, discipline, retirement and workplace safety more clear and practical.TAG_OPEN_div_14

The bylaws have made provisions to systematize the organizational structure, determination of posts, classification of posts and employees appointment process of banks and financial institutions.TAG_OPEN_div_12
