Kathmandu. United Ajod Insurance Company has declared a dividend for its shareholders. The meeting of the Board of Directors held on Thursday has announced the dividend to the shareholders.

The company has proposed 4.2857 percent bonus shares and 0.2256 percent cash dividend from the distributable profit of the last FY. The proposal will be approved by the Insurance Authority and approved by the next general meeting of the company.
