Lumbini. Lumbini Province Assembly is set to hold discussions on the budget for fiscal year 2083/84 from today.

The tenth meeting of the Province Assembly scheduled for today is likely to hold discussions in principle on the annual estimates of revenue and expenditure for the fiscal year 2083/84, according to the Province Assembly Secretariat.

Similarly, Minister for Economic Affairs and Planning Dhanendra Karki presented a proposal in principle to hold discussions on the annual estimates of revenue and expenditure for the fiscal year 2083/84 BS. The State Assembly members would put their views on the proposal while Minister Karki responded to the questions raised during the discussions.

Likewise, Minister for Financial Affairs and Planning Karki tabled the bill designed to manage the expenditure and appropriation of some amount from the state treasury for the service and works of the fiscal year 2083/84 BS, according to the State Assembly Secretariat.
