Kathmandu. Former Finance Minister and CPN-UML Vice-Chairman Bishnu Poudel, who was arrested in Surkhet, is being brought to Kathmandu from Nepalgunj today.
Police had arrested Poudel in Surkhet and took him to Nepalgunj in a vehicle.
He is being brought to Kathmandu by a plane from Nepalgunj, police said.
