Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank (Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank) has published a seven-day notice for renting houses and flats for the operation of branches in Kathmandu Metropolitan City.

According to the bank, houses with an area of 1,000 to 1,400 square feet are required in Chandol, Bhatbhateni, Naxal, Narayanchaur, Bishalnagar and Lazimpat areas. Interested homeowners can submit an enveloped proposal along with the required documents within seven days of the date of publication of the notice.

According to the bank, a copy of the ownership certificate, map pass certificate, house completion certificate and citizenship certificate of the house owner must be attached with the proposal.

The rental home should be connected to the road, built on a pillar system, and have an area of at least 1,000 to 1,400 square feet on the ground floor or first floor. The bank has also stated that the house should not be involved in any legal dispute and should be in accordance with the road standards and the standards of the concerned bodies.

The bank has set a condition that the house should be provided on rent for at least 10 years. It should also clearly mention in the proposal about the facilities that can be provided as per the need of the bank, including painting, construction of vault room, construction of bathroom and toilet, tiling, false ceiling and so on.
