Kathmandu. US President Donald Trump has said that Iran’s aggression in the last few hours will not do it any good. Iran “will no longer exist” if the United States is “forced” to resume war, he said on Saturday.

The warning came as US forces attacked “parts of Iran” on Saturday in retaliation for an attack on a Panamanian ship carrying fuel in the Strait of Hormuz.

“Iran has again violated the peace agreement by retaliating by U.S. aircraft striking Iranian missile and drone and coastal radar depots.

“No matter how rational we may be, a point may come when we will be forced to finish what we have started very successfully militarily,” Trump wrote. If that happens, the ‘Islamic Republic of Iran’ will no longer exist!”
