Leftist lawmakers protested on many issues brought by the budget instead of praising the government: Finance Minister Wagle

Kathmandu. Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle has complained that the leftist lawmakers have opposed the government on many issues brought by the budget.

He claimed that the leftist government brought by the government has not been able to do what it was trying to do. He said that the work that started in 2064 BS did not stop in the middle.

He claimed that the tax on education and health will not affect the consumers much. He claimed that those who spend Rs 10,000 in private schools will spend only about Rs 300 more. He said that he would spend Rs 300 on public schools.

He claimed that the current provision in the budget will bring about a big change in capital expenditure. He said that only 50 percent of the capital expenditure will be spent in the current fiscal year. According to him, there is Clause 46 in the Finance Act to promote entrepreneurship in Nepal.
