Kathmandu. The House of Representatives is set to endorse 4 bills to replace the ordinances on Thursday. Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Sobita Gautam, on behalf of Prime Minister Balendra Shah, is scheduled to present a proposal seeking clause-wise discussion on the Public Procurement (Second Amendment) Bill, 2083 in the House of Representatives.

Similarly, the amendments received over the Public Procurement (Second Amendment) Bill will be put for decision. Minister Gautam, on behalf of Prime Minister Balendra Shah, is scheduled to present a proposal seeking passage of the Public Procurement (Second Amendment) Bill. Finance Minister Dr Swarnim Wagle is scheduled to table a proposal seeking clause-wise discussion on the Money Laundering Prevention (Third Amendment) Bill, 2083 BS.

Thereafter, the amendments received on the Bill will be decided for decision. Finance Minister Dr. Wagle will propose to pass the bill. Minister for Land Management, Cooperatives, Federal Affairs and General Administration Pratibha Rawal is scheduled to present a clause-wise discussion on the Cooperatives (First Amendment) Bill, 2083 in the House of Representatives today.

The bill will be passed today after holding clause-wise discussions. Similarly, Minister for Health and Food Hygiene Nisha Mehta is presenting a proposal to discuss and pass the bill to amend some Nepal Acts related to the Academy of Health Sciences, 2083. All the 4 bills are bills to replace ordinances. The government had promulgated 8 ordinances when the parliament session was not in session. Among them, four ordinance replacement bills have been tabled in the parliament.
