According to the NRA, 394 complaints remaining in the last fiscal year are yet to be decided. A total of 699 complaints were registered in the last fiscal year and 11 months of the current fiscal year.
As of mid-June, the authority has delivered verdict in 170 cases and settled 58 complaints. As of mid-June, 228 complaints have been settled.
The NRA had settled 85 complaints and settled 46 cases in the same period last year. Last year, 131 cases were settled.
As of mid-June of the current fiscal year, 327 complaints are pending. In the same period last year, 394 were pending.
