Kathmandu. Birendra Poudel has been appointed as the promoter director of the bank. The 499th meeting of the board of directors of the bank held on July 30 decided to appoint Mr. Poudel as the founder director of the bank.
His appointment will be effective from July 23, the bank said.TAG_OPEN_div_2 Poudel has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Employees Provident Fund as per Section 14 (2)(b) of the Bank and Financial Institutions Act, 2073 and Section 90 (2) of the Companies Act, 2063.
