Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The Special Court has acquitted 18 persons including the then managing director of Nepal Telecom, Sunil Poudel, in a case related to billing contract of the company.
A division bench of Justices Narayan Prasad Poudel and Bidur Koirala on Monday acquitted 18 defendants of the case, said Krishna Sharan Lamichhane, spokesperson for the Special Court.
