Kathmandu. The Ministry of Infrastructure Development has said that the license of 44 firms and companies that did not renew the construction business license has been automatically scrapped.

According to the sub-section (3) of Section 5 of the Construction Business Promotion Section under the Ministry of Infrastructure Development, the license of 4÷4 contractors who have not renewed within that period has been automatically scrapped.

The ministry has stated in the notice that it has been automatically revoked as per the sub-section 3 of Section 7 of the same Act. The Ministry has published a notice for the purpose of Section 7 (4) of the same Act as per the decision of the Secretary level of the Ministry on June 30.
