Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has fixed the exchange rate of the foreign currency for Sunday. According to the Nepal Rastra Bank, the selling rate of one US dollar has been fixed at Rs 152.23 and Rs 152.83 for buying and selling of one US dollar.

The buying rate of European Euro 1 is 173.96 paise and the selling rate is 174.65 paise, the UK Pound Sterling 1 is buying and 204.95 rupees, the selling rate of Swiss Franc 1 is 188.64 paise and the selling rate is 189.38 paise.

The buying rate of one Australian dollar is 105.75 paise and the selling rate is 106.17 paise, the selling rate of one Canadian dollar is 107.43 rupees and the selling rate is 107.86 paise.

The buying rate of Japanese Yen 10 was Rs 9.41 and the selling rate was Rs 9.45, the selling rate of Chinese Yuan 1 was Rs 22.46 and Rs 22.55, the selling rate of Saudi Arabian Riyal 1 was Rs 40.55 and the selling rate was Rs 41.71.

According to the central bank, the buying rate of Thai Bat 1 is Rs 4.57 and selling rate is Rs 4.59, the UAE Dirham is Rs 41.45 and the selling rate is Rs 41.61, the Malaysian Ringat 1 is Rs 37.40 and the selling rate is Rs 37.55. The selling rate of Swedish kroner 1 has been fixed at Rs 15.80 and Rs 15.86 while the Danish kroner rate has been fixed at Rs 23.27 and Rs 23.36.

The central bank has set the selling rate of Hong Kong Dollar 1 at Rs 19.42 and Rs 19.50, the selling rate of Kuwaiti Dinar 1 is Rs 494.65 and the selling rate is Rs 496.60, the selling rate of Bahrain Dinar 1 is Rs 403 and 76 paise, the selling rate of Omni Riyal 1 is Rs 395.38 and the selling rate is Rs 396.94.

The selling rate has been fixed at Rs 160 and Rs 100 for buying and Rs 100. Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has stated that the exchange rate can be revised at any time as per the need. However, the exchange rate fixed by the commercial bank may vary and the updated exchange rate will be available on the central bank’s website.
