CAN Federation joins hands with Maharishi College to launch AI education across the country

Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The Federation of Computer Association Nepal (CAN Federation) and Maharshi College affiliated to Sudurpaschim University have signed a 5-year strategic memorandum of understanding (MoU) for promoting Nepal’s digital ecosystem.

The collaboration aims to make AI and future technology skills accessible to young Nepalis in all seven provinces of Nepal.

In the program organized in Kathmandu, Acting President of CAN Federation and One Cover Pvt. Ltd. Chiranjibi Adhikari, Founder CEO of Maharshi College and Ramraj Acharya, Principal of Maharshi College jointly signed the MoU.

“This partnership is about breaking down barriers and unleashing the true potential of our youth,” said Adhikari, Acting President of CAN Federation. By bringing these bootcamps and startup programs to all seven provinces, we are ensuring that every young visionary in Nepal has a place of national opportunity.” “

By combining academic frameworks with hands-on industry experience, we will create a direct pathway for students to enter the tech industry,” said Ramraj Acharya, Principal of Maharishi College.

“This is a bold step towards creating a skilled and tech-savvy workforce ready to meet the challenges of tomorrow,” he said.
