Kathmandu. Curfew has been imposed in the area around Golbazaar in Siraha district.

The local administration has imposed curfew as per the decision of the District Security Committee, saying that peace was being disturbed due to agitation and mobs.

The District Administration Office, Siraha, has issued a curfew order in accordance with Section 6 (a) of the Local Administration Act, 2028. The curfew will remain in place until further orders.

The administration has warned that strict action will be taken as per the prevailing law if any activity is found violating the curfew.
