Heavy rain has disrupted vehicular movement along various highways including the Mid-Hill Highway and Kanti Highway.

. Roads have been obstructed in different parts of the country due to rainfall, landslide, flooding and erosion.

According to the District Police Headquarters, traffic has been obstructed at the Mid-Hill Highway of Tehrathum, Araniko Highway of Sindhupalchowk, Mechi Highway of Ilam, Trishuli-Mailung-Syafrubesi road of Rasuwa and Bheri corridor of Rukum West.TAG_OPEN_div_26

KATHMANDU: Vehicular movement along the Khurkot-Nepalthok-Katunjebesi road section has been prohibited from 6:00 pm to 4:00 am in view of possible flooding along the Kavrepalanchowk-Sindhuli BP Highway.TAG_OPEN_div_24 Arrangements have been made for the operation of vehicles from 4 am to 6 pm.
