. The ‘Naima Nepal Mobility Expo 2026’ kicked off at Bhrikutimandap on Tuesday. Nepal Automobiles Importers and Manufacturers Association (NAIMA) organized the expo on the second day of the expo.

Dinesh Maharjan, who came from Dilli Bazaar of Kathmandu to visit the fair, said that the Naima Expo is an important opportunity to book cars as per one’s capacity.TAG_OPEN_p_16 “I was thinking of buying a car on the occasion of the Naima Expo,” he said when he met at the fair venue at 3:00 pm. Member of House of Representatives Ashish Gajurel, Chief of Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office, SSP Suresh Prasad Kafle, President of Federation of Nepalese National Transport Entrepreneurs Saroj Sitaula, Traffic and Transport Engineer Anukul Nidhi and former President of NADA Automobile Association Dhruba Bahadur Thapa participated in the conversation. The conversation was moderated by journalist Tikaram Yatri. More than 300 participants actively participated in today’s Mobility Dialogue.

The second TAG_OPEN_p_10 edition of the expo, organized with the objective of promoting sustainable, green and technology-friendly transportation system in Nepal, will run for six days i.e. till August 14. Domestic and multinational vehicle manufacturers and importers are participating in the expo. The major attraction of the expo is the first-time brands as well as new models of electric cars, e-scooters and electric commercial vehicles.
