Today is the last day of the Naima Mobility Expo.

Kathmandu. The NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026 is coming to an end today. The organizers claimed that the visitors have already reached the expo venue at Bhrikutimandap on the fifth day of the fair, which started from August 10 for six days.

According to the organizers, 42,000 visitors visited the expo on Saturday. With this, the number of visitors to the fair has crossed 150,000 in five days. Nepal Automobiles Importers and Manufacturers Association (NAIMA) had expected one and a half lakh visitors to visit the event in six days. Gaurav Sharda, chairman of Auto So Planning Committee, said that he was excited by the significant participation of the visitors.

According to the organizers, 29,000 visitors visited the expo on the opening day, 26,000 on the second day, 22,000 on the third day and 31,000 on the fourth day. Vehicles of more than 55 brands are on display. Distributor companies are attracting visitors to their stalls by unveiling new models of vehicles.

The visitors are particularly interested in the battery capacity, motor, range, after-sales service, warranty÷guarantee, resale value, etc. Companies have also provided various facilities to attract customers. So far, 53 new models of vehicles have been unveiled by various brands during the expo.

The expo, organized with the objective of promoting sustainable, green and technology-friendly transportation system in Nepal, will run till August 14. Domestic and multinational vehicle manufacturers and importers are participating in the expo. The major attraction of the expo is the first-time brands as well as new models of electric cars, e-scooters and electric commercial vehicles.
