The company has declared a cash dividend of 3.1 TAG_OPEN_div_3 5 per cent for its unit holders, 10 per cent for NMB Sulabh Investment Fund 2 and 4.5 per cent (inclusive of tax) for NMB Hybrid Fund L2.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Capital held on August 29 has decided to distribute the dividend at this rate. The meeting also decided to close the book for one day on August 22 for the purpose of dividend distribution. Accordingly, the unit holders who have been traded in NEPSE till August 19 will be able to receive the dividend.
