Kathmandu. The Office of Financial Comptroller General has written to the bodies concerned to pay the salaries and allowances of civil servants on a half-monthly basis.

A letter was sent to the Fund and Account Comptroller Office, Pension Management Office and Kumarichowk and Central Tehsil Office on Monday asking them to pay salary and allowances to the civil servants working in the bodies under the federal government on a half-monthly basis every 15 days of access.

According to the Finance Minister-level policy guidelines dated April 17, 2083, civil servants working in bodies under the federal government have been requested to provide salary and allowances after completing 15 days of work.

Likewise, the committee has also requested the government to pay the employee incentive allowance as per the budget statement 2083/84 and to make the payment accordingly if demanded for the payment as mentioned above from the federal government bodies within the jurisdiction of the Office of Fund and Financial Comptroller Office.
