Ncell implements 60-second pulse rate on international outgoing calls

Kathmandu. Ncell today revised the pulse rate of international outgoing calls for 198 destinations, effective from September 17. The company has implemented a new pulse rate of 60 seconds as per the approval of the regulatory body Nepal Telecommunication Authority on August 6, 2083.

According to Clause 42 of the Telecommunications Act, 2053, the authority has approved the new pulse rate of Ncell as per the decision.

With the approval of the authority, the pulse rate is applicable in Australia, Bahrain, Canada, America, China, Finland, Denmark, France, Germany, India, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Lebanon, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, Poland, Qatar, Russia, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Mexico, Libya ।
