Salary and allowances to employees of NEA, Board and Public Corporations

. The Ministry of Finance has directed the government to provide the salary, grade and incentive allowance with different conditions.

As per the Finance Minister-level decision, the government has directed the concerned parties to provide salary, grade and incentive allowance to the employees of public corporations, NEAs, boards, corporations and committees by fulfilling four conditions.TAG_OPEN_div_18

The Financial Sector Management and Corporation Coordination Division of the Ministry of Finance has asked the government to determine the new pay scales according to the level and post as per the decision of the Council of Ministers on July 21.TAG_OPEN_div_16

In the case of the employees who have been receiving the incentive allowance, if it is less than the existing incentive allowance, only the allowance equal to the reduced amount should be provided.

It has also urged the government to gradually implement the provision of incentives to be provided on the basis of performance indicators.TAG_OPEN_div_12 “If the new grade rate applicable to the civil service is less than the current grade, then the new grade should be determined to be equal to the same,” it has been requested.

Directives have also been issued not to increase any other types of allowances and facilities that may create financial liability without the consent of the Ministry of Finance.TAG_OPEN_div_10 It has been asked to keep in mind the circulars issued in the past.
