Kathmandu. Sanima Growth Fund, a fund promoted by Sanima Bank Limited and managed by Sanima Capital Limited, has decided to distribute dividend to its unit holders.

The fund has decided to distribute 5 percent dividend to the unit holders from the profit of the last fiscal year. A meeting of the Board of Directors of Sanima Capital Limited held on August 19 has decided to distribute the dividend to the shareholders.

The fund has decided to close the book on September 18 for the distribution of dividends. Only the unit holders who have been in existence before the book close will get the declared returns. This means that the unit holders who have been traded in the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) till September 3 will be eligible to get the return.
